In our group's discussions on Monday morning, we identified the top three priorities for teachers in integrating ICT effectively within the classroom.

These top three priorities were: Training, Training and Training!

1 - For teachers, throughout their careers and giving them the opportunities to apply this, recognising this training achievement in promotions etc

2 - For supervisors and education leaders in what is needed for effective integration of ICT, so that they can plan for its use, and can support & coach teachers effectively

3 - For students in effective use of ICT in their increasingly independent learning
