These top three priorities were: Training, Training and Training! 1 - For teachers, throughout their careers and giving them the opportunities to apply this, recognising this training achievement in promotions etc 2 - For supervisors and education leaders in what is needed for effective integration of ICT, so that they can plan for its use, and can support & coach teachers effectively 3 - For students in effective use of ICT in their increasingly independent learning In our group’s discussions on Monday morning, we identified the top three priorities for teachers in integrating ICT effectively within the classroom.
